Aaron Milligan, Portfolio Manager

 Mr. Aaron Milligan joined the Capital CDC team in February of 2002 as Portfolio Manager. He manages the day to day activities and servicing requests for Capital CDC's portfolio of SBA 504 loans. He focuses his job responsibilities on processing loan customers' servicing requests, acquiring required loan file documentation, and various types of credit analysis.
Prior to coming onboard with Capital CDC, Aaron was the Loan Servicing Officer for Cen-Tex Certified Development Corporation. In addition to his experience in the field of Economic Development, Aaron has ten years of commercial banking experience that he acquired while employed by various banks in Amarillo, Texas.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the field of Economics from West Texas A & M University located in Canyon, Texas. He is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
