Carol Anthony

Carol Anthony joined the Capital Certified Development Corporation team in July 2007 to serve as an Associate Business Development Officer. In April of 2008 she was promoted to Business Development Officer. Carol is responsible for administering and underwriting the SBA's 504 Loan Program in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. The 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed asset financing for small businesses.

Carol brings over 22 years of financial services experience to Capital CDC. Most recently, Carol was an Account Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) which provided consulting, systems integration and outsourcing for major banks worldwide. Prior to joining CSC, Carol was an Account Executive for Experian for 14 years. She served the North Texas Region managing relationships with large financial institutions providing credit services which included credit reports with ancillary services, marketing and account review programs along with training in regulatory compliance and managing client issues.

Carol studied at Southwestern University and Austin Community College receiving a degree in Merchandising. Carol served as a board member for the Dallas Chapter International Credit Association and was a member of the Retail Credit Card Committee for the International Petroleum Credit Association. She is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
