Chinedu Odu

Chinedu Odu joined Capital Certified Development Corporation (Capital CDC) in January of 2008 as a Loan Technician in the Loan Underwriting & Processing Department. Her responsibilities include assisting the Underwriting department in requesting, monitoring and processing 504 loan documentation, as well as interfacing with Lenders, SBA and Borrowers regarding the loan process.

Chinedu has over 4 years experience in residential mortgage loans as both a loan officer and senior loan processor. She has also worked as an administrative professional for the last ten years. She received a BA in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Project Management.

Chinedu is an excellent addition to the Capital CDC team!
