Cruz Montoya

Cruz is the El Paso Business Development Officer for Capital CDC. Through the CCDC, Cruz implements the SBA 504 Loan Program offering long-term, fixed rate financing for small business. Her area of operation includes 10 West Texas counties.

Prior to joining Capital CDC, Cruz was a 504 Loan Coordinator for the Upper Rio Grande Certified Development Corporation (URGDC), where she was directly involved in all aspects of URGDC's SBA 504 efforts. Additionally, Cruz served as the Director of Training - Latin America, for the American Training Institute educating businesses on cross-border environmental issues and regulations.

Ms. Montoya has also managed small business within the twin plant industry, giving her first hand knowledge on a variety of needs.

Cruz earned a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
