Eric Boone

Eric Boone joined the Capital CDC team in September 2007 to serve as a Business Development Officer. Eric is responsible for administering and underwriting the SBA's 504 Loan Program in the Houston area. The 504 program is designed to provide long-term, fixed asset financing for small businesses.

Prior to joining Capital CDC, Eric worked as a Business Development Specialist for the Progressive Funding Group (PFG); a Commercial Lending Brokerage Firm, located in Houston. TX. While working at PFG, Eric was directly involved in all aspects of PFG's small business, middle market, factoring and equipment financing efforts. Additionally, Eric is actively involved with youth groups and tutorial programs.

Eric earned a B.B.A. in Corporate Finance form Morehouse College in Atlanta Ga. He is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
