Lee Frey

Lee Frey serves as Loan Specialist for Capital Certified Development Corporation's Loan Underwriting and Processing Group. Lee started in June 2007 and brings a strong, well balanced skill set to the organization that is grounded in Accounting, Financial Analysis and Business Systems. These attributes will play a key role in the centralization of the LU&P Department, which will be aggressively scaled to meet the increased demand for underwriting production.

Prior to joining Capital CDC, Lee worked at Dell, Inc. for four years as a Senior Financial Analyst. During that time, Lee worked on two Global Financial Systems Integration projects resulting in the delivery of business critical information to the finance and operations community. Lee has also held key Accounting & Finance positions within the Real Estate, Technology and Construction fields in Austin, Dallas and Portland, Oregon.

Lee earned his BBA in Accounting at Texas Tech University, in addition to holding the positions of President of The Accounting Society and member of The Finance Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
