Lore Goodson

Lore Goodson joined the Capital Certified Development Corporation team in July of 2007 to serve as a Loan Specialist in the Austin Corporate Headquarters with the Loan Underwriting & Processing Group. Lore is part of the newly formed centralized loan processing and underwriting team at Capital CDC. In this position Lore will be responsible for the timely and orderly flow of SBA 504 projects from application to pre-closing. The 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed asset financing to small businesses.

Prior to joining Capital CDC, Lore was heavily involved in the production, purchasing and office management for Xtreme Power, Inc. in Kyle, Texas. Lore brings to Capital CDC strong customer service, an accounting and management background, as well as years of experience in assisting with the development and improvement of numerous small businesses throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Georgia.

She has been actively involved in community organizations such as the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Clubs and various other local Chambers of Commerce and Visitors Bureaus.

Lore has held the positions of Customer Service Manager, Service Manager and Office Manager with other businesses throughout her 30 year career. She is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
