Nikol Munguia

Nikol Munguia joined the Capital Certified Development Corporation Loan Products team in September 2007 to serve as an Associate Business Development Officer. Nikol is responsible for administering and underwriting the SBA's 504 Loan Program in the Houston Region and surrounding communities. The SBA 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed asset financing for small businesses.

Nikol brings over 10 years of customer service, mortgage and account management experience to Capital CDC. Her experience in the mortgage industry, in both retail and wholesale, has given her a wealth of knowledge in prospecting, sales, processing, closing and the funding of projects. She also has served as account manager trainer and has received numerous awards and recognition is previous positions for "best customer service" and was recognized as a "Shining Star" among her peers for her positive attitude, quick learning abilities and team player traits.

Nikol has studied Business Administration at Cy Fair College, including Financial Accounting and is working on the completion of her degree program. Nikol is originally from El Salvador and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
