 Mr. Ray Zvonek serves as the Controller for Capital Certified Development Corporation. As Controller Mr. Zvonek directs the financial affairs of the corporation and has the final responsibility for providing effective financial controls within the organization.
Prior to joining Capital Certified Development Corporation, Mr. Zvonek served as the Controller-Vice President of Brock Consulting Group, a real estate development firm located in Austin, Texas. At Brock Consulting Mr. Zvonek was in charge of all accounting and investment analysis.
Previous work experience includes more than 13 years in real estate development and leasing as well as Big Five accounting firm experience in auditing with a heavy emphasis on real estate clients.
Mr. Zvonek earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Zvonek is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Public Accountants.
