Rebekah Small

Rebekah Small joined Capital Certified Development Corporation (Capital CDC) in 2007. Her current role is Portfolio Servicing Specialist. Her responsibilities include maintaining collateral and analyzing financials to manage each SBA 504 loan over the course of their designated term. She also prepares materials for all of our monthly 504 debenture fundings.

Rebekah has over 8 years experience with residential mortgage loans, as both a loan officer and loan processor. She is no stranger to the rigors of a fast-paced, high volume financial environment. She has the background and skills that translate into excellent problem solving and superior customer service.

Rebekah is a native of Austin, Texas and plans to continue her education through courses in 504 training and Portfolio Management.
