Will Hoke

Will Hoke is the Business Development Officer for Capital CDC in Houston, Texas. Will joined the Capital CDC team in June 2006 and brings over ten years of finance, banking, and business development experience to the company. He is responsible for Capital's SBA 504 lending program primarily in the Gulf Coast and South Texas Regions. In his role as Business Development Officer, Will works with borrowers, lenders and local offices of the Small Business Administration specifically in real estate and equipment lending.

A native of the Gulf Coast, Will is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Before coming to Capital CDC, Will was a banker for Wells Fargo Bank, working with both their Retail and Business Banking Groups in lending and development.

Will is active in the local community serving as a member of the Houston Area Government Guaranteed Lenders Association, the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and the Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce. Will is also a committee member with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a member of the Houston Heights Rotary Club, and a member of Holland Lodge #1 A.F. & A.M. where he is a Master Mason.
