Capital Certified Development Corporation (Capital CDC) is a leading private, non-profit provider of business financing solutions throughout Texas and New Mexico. In 1993, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Capital CDC to act as a provider of the SBA’s 504 Loan Program and to act as a catalyst for economic development. Since that time, Capital CDC has worked with hundreds of small businesses and partnered with multiple financial institutions to assist with their needs to finance building acquisitions, construction projects, and machinery and equipment.

When it comes to the success of a small business, one of the biggest hurdles is securing competitive financing terms to make the necessary investments. As a non-profit firm dedicated to economic development, Capital CDC works to make sure small business owners hear “Yes” when it comes to their business financial needs. Just as importantly, with the SBA 504 Program “Yes” comes with a low equity injection requirement and a competitive long-term fixed rate loan!
