Jason Bigham

Lubbock Business Development Officer

Jason Bigham joined Capital CDC in March of 2010 as a Business Development Officer working from Lubbock, Texas. He is responsible for administering and underwriting the SBA’s 504 Loan Program in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. The 504 Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed-rate, low equity financing for the real property and fixed assets needs of small businesses.

Jason brings over 16 years of commercial real estate finance experience to Capital CDC. Before joining the company, Jason worked for GMAC Commercial Mortgage and the George Elkins Company originating, underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans for institutional investors. Most recently, he operated his own commercial property finance and due diligence firm, South Plains Realty Consulting of Lubbock.

Jason is a native of the Southwest, having been born in Lubbock and raised in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
