Christine Foster
Houston Business Development Officer

Christine Foster joined Capital CDC to serve as a Business Development Officer in the Houston area and is responsible for administering and processing of projects utilizing the SBA's 504 Loan Program. The 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed-rate financing for the real property needs of small businesses. Christine brings with her over 14 years of experience as a Top Producer in Commercial Real Estate and Mortgages Lending. As a professional, she has represented some of the largest banks and conventional lenders in the financial industry and conducted seminars for some of the top Commercial Real Estate Brokers in the Houston area. Industry experience includes credit analysis, operations management, business development, and marketing consulting.


Most recently, as a marketing trainer and educator for Wells Fargo in the Business Banking Group, she has conducted over 300 seminars to sales people all over the country that have the same goal: to grow their business. She focuses on utilizing her years of experience as a loan originator, small business owner, commercial lender and commercial market developer to provide real-time expertise to her lending partners and small business owners.


Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Christine has an intimate knowledge of the Houston Lending Market and all its possibilities. She attended Stephen F. Austin University and is now a member of the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers, the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, the League City Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
