Loan Closing Associate

Carliss Fumuso joined the Capital CDC team in May 2006 to serve as the Loan Closing Assistant. She will serve as a liaison between the Business Development Officer, Borrower, Third Party Lender and the Closing Attorney to ensure that each SBA 504 Loan is efficiently processed, closed and funded.

Before joining Capital CDC, she worked in various Human Resources positions for the last twenty years.

She attended Lamar University and Austin Community College.
