Marketing Communications Coordinator

Jen Glatz joined Capital CDC in 2005 to serve as Office Manager of the Austin office. After 2 years of dedicated work to Capital CDC's Servicing Department, Jen joined the Marketing Communications group in 2007. Going on 5 years of dedication to Capital CDC, Jen currently serves as the Marketing Communications Coordinator.

In this capacity, Jen is responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and communication campaigns; tracking sales data and marketing effectiveness; planning and coordinating marketing meetings and trade shows; developing new marketing strategies for a competitive edge; and hosting regular internal employee training and social gatherings. Jen brings a positive, professional attitude to the face of Capital CDC, as well as in depth knowledge of the SBA 504 Loan Program.

She is a Texas native, born in Wichita Falls and raised in Plano, Texas. She comes to Austin via Texas A&M University in College Station. She has a BA in English from Concordia University Texas, and uses her writing expertise in all publications for Capital CDC. She is a member of IABC, NADCO, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Texas Writer's League.
