Loan Closing Associate

Cynda Shirey joined Capital Certified Development Corporation as a Loan Closer in 2006. She will serve as a liaison between the Business Development Officer, Borrower, Third Party Lender and the Closing Attorney to ensure that each SBA 504 Loan is efficiently processed, closed and funded.

Prior to joining CCDC, Cynda Shirey was employed by the law firm of Minter Joseph & Thornhill, PC for over eighteen years. She brings indispensable industry experience having worked as a Paralegal for 504 Loan Closing Attorneys. In her previous position Cynda procured documentation from lending partners and business owners, drafted loan packages for closings and ensured loan packages were complete before shipping to SBA for final review and funding. Her qualifications also include working with a Senior Partner at MJT as well as other attorneys in various practices of law.
