Jeff Sims joined the Capital CDC team in September 2006 to serve as an Associate Business Development Officer. Jeff has since been promoted to Business Development Officer and is responsible for administering and underwriting SBA's 504 Loan Program in the North Texas area. The 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed asset financing for small businesses.
Prior to joining Capital CDC, Jeff worked as a Business Development Specialist for the William Mann, JR CDC (WMCDC); a Community Development Financial Institution, located in Fort Worth, TX. While working at WMCDC, Jeff was directly involved in all aspects of WMCDC's small business lending efforts. Additionally, Jeff serves on the Samaritan House Board of Directors, and is actively involved in TEAM Fort Worth, a Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Jeff earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
