Robert Stringer
Dallas/Ft. Worth Business Development Officer

Robert Stringer joined the Capital Certified Development Corporation team in 2009 to serve as a Business Development Officer (BDO). Robert is one of two BDO’s responsible for the SBA’s 504 Loan Program within the Dallas/Fort Worth market area. The 504 Loan Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed-rate, low-equity financing for the real property/fixed asset needs of small businesses.


Robert brings over 30+ years of financial services experience to Capital CDC. Before coming to Capital CDC, Robert had already brokered, originated and funded $60,000,000 in SBA 504 Loans since 2007. Most recently, he served as a Registered Financial Advisor for SWS Financial Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, where he successfully managed and monitored financial investments for clients. He also served as the Business Development Manager for United Parcel Service Capital Business Credit, where he received the Rookie of the Year award for maximum production in only 10 months of production in 2007. All in all, Robert has worked within the Texas banking industry since 1979, bringing a wealth of experience in credit analysis, operations management, business development, and marketing to the CDC Team.


Robert has a Masters of Business Administration and Management from the University of Dallas, and a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from the Dallas Theological Seminary. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.. Robert holds professional licenses in Life Insurance, Registered Securities, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Financial Advisor. He is also a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
