Giannina Todd

Portfolio Servicing Specialist

Giannina Todd’s current role at Capital CDC is Portfolio Servicing Specialist. Her responsibilities include maintaining collateral and analyzing financials to manage each SBA 504 loan over the course of their designated term as well as preparing materials for all of our monthly 504 debenture fundings.

Giannina has recently relocated to Austin from Boise, Idaho. Prior to working with Capital CDC, she was a business analyst in the Economic Development Division for the Idaho Department of Commerce. While there, she dedicated her time to educating businesses on State and Federal government procurement processes and managing Idaho’s only Procurement Technical Assistance Center (IPTAC). Giannina also has over 6 years of experience in the banking industry with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending, consumer lending, bank operations, and small business development.

Giannina graduated from Boise State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a minor in Marketing. Giannina is happy to be a part of the team and is looking forward to growing her career with Capital CDC.
