Chris has been doing business in the DFW SBA Market since 1991, working with many of the premier lenders in the area. He brings extensive SBA REAL (504) knowledge through his experience as a BDO with Texas CDC, as well as experience as a previous board member for a local CDC. Chris was also a founding board member of the North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.
In his 23 years of SBA experience, he has managed SBA departments, marketed as a BDO, served as lead underwriter in both large and small banks, and ran his own small business packaging SBA loans.
Chris is ready for the opportunity to work with the North Texas bankers and borrowers in this new role at Capital CDC. He believes that the SBA REAL (504) is the best kept secret in real estate lending due to the long-term, fixed rate financing and lower capital requirements to control critical real estate costs.
