SBA 504 Loan Name Change to "SBA Grow Loan"
During a video presentation today at the Annual Meeting for the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), SBA Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet announced that the SBA will be changing the program names of the 504 and 7(a) loan programs:
▪ CDC/504 Loan to be renamed SBA Grow Loan
▪ 7(a) Loan to be renamed SBA Advantage Loan
