Loan Programs

Capital CDC offers a variety of small business loans to accommodate the needs of entrepreneurs.  Since 1993, the SBA 504 Loan Program has been our flagship product.  Recently, we began offering alternative loan products to complement our SBA 504 Loan expertise.  These programs include the Refinance for Expansion program, the VetLoan Advantage Program, and the City of Austin 108 Program.

The SBA 504 Loan Program

The SBA 504 Loan Program assists small business owners in the purchase of commercial real estate or machinery/equipment. The SBA 504 Loan Program is a partnership program between a Certified Development Company (CDC) and a lender. Working with qualified lenders, Capital CDC provides up to 90% financing for commercial property purchases and new construction and, usually, does not require additional collateral.
