Capital CDC returns to New Mexico

Capital Certified Development Co., or Capital CDC, serviced small business customers in the state with commercial loans from 2006 to 2010.

Senior Business Development Officer Lorena Chavez said the organization has recently received SBA approval to return.

Capital CDC is known for the SBA 504 loan, but also administers the 7(a) Community Advantage Program for underserved communities, among other options.

It touts 20-year fixed interest rates, with minimal equity contributions that are as low as 10 percent.

Capital CDC says it finances everything from mom-and-pop retail outlets to manufacturing facilities, medical office condos, restaurants and adult and child care facilities.
