AEND Industries Uses SBA 504 Loan to Relocate to Texas
Wheel manufacturer AEND Industries moves company from California to Texas with use of the SBA 504 Loan Program.
AEND Industries is in the business of making wheels. They make performance-oriented urethane wheels for various recreational activities including skateboarding, long-boarding, inline hockey, and premium wheelchair wheels to name a few.
Owners Neal Piper and Tony Gabriele made the decision to move their facility from Huntington Beach, California to Hutto, Texas and used an SBA 504 Loan to finance the purchase of land and build their new 19,200 SF facility. The additional warehouse space at their new facility will be used to optimize freight and delivery logistics. The project helped retain 50 employees, which were relocated from California to Texas.
