Capital CDC attended the official ribbon cutting and open house for the grand opening of Sugarberry Inn located at 201 N. Llano Street in Fredericksburg, Texas on Tuesday, July 15th.

Business owners Joe and Susan Giardina were surrounded by the many faces that helped made this project a success - designers, architects, contractors, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, friends & family. Capital CDC and Independent Bank's Denny Buchanan were present to tour the beautiful property and congratulate them on an already successful start - selling out multiple weekends since June!

Upon touring the property, it is evident that owners Joe and Susan refused to cut corners when it came to the construction and design of each building. Sugaryberry Inn is complete with high-end European furnishings and antiques and each cottage is beautifully crafted and uniquely decorated. The Inn is located across from the Rock Box Theatre in Fredericksburg -  its prime location only a block away from main street shopping, restaurants, breweries & wineries, and a short drive for hiking & cycling!

Capital CDC is thrilled for Joe and Susan Giardina and thankful for Independent Bank‘s partnership on this SBA 504 Loan.
