Upon funding of the SBA 504 loan, a funding package is sent to the borrower which includes all of the information pertaining to the loan (amortization schedule, interest rate, etc.).

At this time, there is no online portal to access this information. SBA is working diligently to complete this project and we will provide more info when that option becomes available.

As long as payments are made timely, the amortization schedule provided to you at funding will indicate your current balance. 

If you do not have access to that document, please email our Servicing team at [email protected] and include your business name and loan number in the email.

If you wish to pay off your loan early and would like to request a payoff, please email our Servicing team at [email protected]. Please include your business name, loan number, and desired payoff date in the email. Please be aware that the payoff window each month is between the sixth business day and the third Thursday of each month. To avoid potential complications, please consider scheduling your closing within this range).

• Annual tax returns for your operating company (OC) and real estate holding company (EPC)
• Any insurance certificates (hazard/property, business personal property, flood, condo association, etc.)
• Updates to your contact information
• Access to the property for site visits (as needed)
• Job creation numbers two years after your loan has funded

A prepayment penalty exists for the first 10 years of the loan if your loan term is 20 or 25 years for real estate. The prepayment penalty for the first year of the loan is the interest rate on your loan. The prepayment penalty then declines by one-tenth of that rate each year until the end of year 10, when it disappears. If your loan term is 10 years (equipment loans only), then a prepayment penalty exists for the first 5 years of the loan.
