Upon funding of the SBA 504 loan, a funding package is sent to the borrower which includes all of the information pertaining to the loan (amortization schedule, interest rate, etc.).

You can sign into your existing MySBA account, or sign up as a new user, by clicking the Register for MySBA button and following the prompts on this site: https://lending.sba.gov/. 

You will need an SBA loan number to initially generate an account. Once the account is created, all loans tied to the Social Security Number provided will be linked to this account and be available for view on the MySBA Dashboard page. 

If you wish to pay off your loan early and would like to request a payoff, please email our Servicing team at [email protected]. Please include your business name, loan number, and desired payoff date in the email. Please be aware that the payoff window each month is between the sixth business day and the third Thursday of each month. To avoid potential complications, please consider scheduling your closing within this range).

• Annual tax returns for your operating company (OC) and real estate holding company (EPC)
• Any insurance certificates (hazard/property, business personal property, flood, condo association, etc.)
• Updates to your contact information
• Access to the property for site visits (as needed)
• Job creation numbers two years after your loan has funded

A prepayment penalty exists for the first 10 years of the loan if your loan term is 20 or 25 years for real estate. The prepayment penalty for the first year of the loan is the interest rate on your loan. The prepayment penalty then declines by one-tenth of that rate each year until the end of year 10, when it disappears. If your loan term is 10 years (equipment loans only), then a prepayment penalty exists for the first 5 years of the loan.
