Ben has worked with the SBA 504 community for the past three and a half years, raising the capital necessary for Lincoln Capital Management, LLC, a bridge lender in the SBA REAL (504) program. As a BDO with Lincoln Capital, Ben traveled the 5-states of SBA's Region 6 and brings strong knowledge of the REAL (504) program to borrowers and to third-party lenders.
Prior to working within the SBA REAL (504) program, Ben worked in several capacities in the securities industry, including training new financial advisors.
Ben is excited for the opportunity to work with the North Texas bankers and borrowers in this new role at Capital CDC. He believes that the SBA REAL (504) is a strong program to assist small business to control critical real estate costs over the long haul.
