JPMorgan Chase Bank Offers Incentives to 504 Loan Borrowers

March 12, 2013

Chase Bank, a long-time SBA 504 Loan Program partner of Capital CDC, recently launched an incentive program to ease the third party lender costs for borrowers.  Starting March 11th and running through June 7th, Chase will waive appraisal costs up to $5,000.  This means more savings and working capital reserves for our borrowers.  Capital CDC is thrilled to see such an incentive program in use, and hopes more small businesses will benefit from the SBA 504 Loan Program during this incentive period.  We would also love to see more or our lending partners offer such incentives to borrowers in order to ease the initial costs of starting a business.  What a great way to grow the 504 Loan Program and spread the word about the benefits of this owner-occupied real estate initiative!
