Capital CDC's 2018 Annual Meeting took place on Friday, December 7th at the InterContinental Stephen F. Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas.
The celebration highlighted Capital CDC's annual performance, top lending partners for FY2018 and recognition of top Capital CDC staff.
In FY2018, Capital CDC partnered with 62 lending institutions to approve 92 SBA 504 loans totaling $94.7 million in debenture dollars approved. These 92 loans have helped create/retain 1,450 jobs which wouldn't have been possible without the SBA 504 loan program. We want to thank all of our lending partners that have helped Capital CDC achieve this loan volume and are dedicated to help small businesses succeed.
