Dr. Schaar, owner of Main Street Animal Hospital, has utilized an SBA 504 Loan to expand his existing veterinary practice, in Victoria, Texas. The 6,000SF building, currently under construction, will house The Pet Resort on Main – an upscale, climate-controlled pet lodging facility.
The new facility will accommodate up to 60 dogs and 12 cats, with the majority of the space having private outdoor access for the pets. Dogs will have individual time and space for exercise as well as group play in the larger yards. In addition to the boarding facility, there will be an 1,800 SF facility dedicate to doggy day care for customers that only need care for their pets during the day. The Pet Resort on Main will also offer grooming, training, and retail sales – a one-stop shop for all your pet’s needs!
