Capital CDC was awarded the Pinnacle Award by the SBA's Dallas/Fort Worth District Office for being the Top 504 Lender in North Texas for FY2023.
The Capital CDC team topped the charts with 32 SBA 504 Loan Approvals totaling $52.56 million for Fiscal Year 2023 (Oct. 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023).
Capital CDC was recognized at the NTAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) Quarterly Luncheon on January 24, 2024 in Dallas. The DFW District Office presented Capital CDC's Frank Grigsby with the award (pictured).
