Owners Eva and Cory Cannon’s dream of opening a brewery finally came to reality when construction completed on Siren Rock Brewing Company in Rockwall, Texas. The microbrewery features local, quality artisan food and beverages, as well as a wide selection of their own craft beers – including seasonal options – with creative names and can designs.
With an SBA 504 Loan, Siren Rock Brewing Company was able to finance the ground-up construction of their new, 11,850 SF building which includes a 4,250 SF Taproom and a 7,600 Brew House. Also included in the project financing was the purchase of state-of-the art brewery equipment, which gives them with kegging, bottling, and canning production capabilities on-site.
Siren Rocking Brewing Company will create 14 new jobs in the local community and offers a family-friendly (and pet-friendly) venue where people can gather to make memories.
